Aims, Scope, and Mission

The primary aim of IRJPL is to facilitate the global dissemination of high-quality scientific research through an ethical and accessible publishing system. The publisher seeks to ensure that valid scientific findings are communicated without unnecessary financial, procedural, or administrative delays.

IRJPL actively promotes open access publishing to ensure that research is freely available to readers worldwide without subscription barriers. A central mission of the publisher is to strengthen research culture in developing regions, particularly in Pakistan, where research training and publication awareness remain limited in many academic institutions.

Special focus is placed on supporting early-career researchers, postgraduate students, and institutions in underrepresented regions, including southern districts of Pakistan. The publisher also aims to improve the global visibility of regional research by integrating it into international scholarly communication systems.
