Information for Authors

Before submitting a manuscript, authors should visit the IRJPL website and select the relevant journal. Each journal provides detailed Instructions for Authors, including article types, formatting requirements, submission guidelines, and ethical standards. Authors are encouraged to follow these guidelines carefully to ensure smooth submission, timely peer review, and high-quality publication.

IRJPL journals are fully open access, allowing readers worldwide to access research freely without subscription charges. All articles are distributed under the CC BY-NC license, and authors retain copyright while ensuring proper attribution.

The publishing platform is based on Open Journal Systems (OJS), which offers transparent online manuscript tracking from submission to final publication. Authors receive updates throughout the peer-review process, and each submission undergoes double-blind peer review by at least two independent experts.

IRJPL provides personalized editorial support, including copy-editing, figure preparation, and journal design, ensuring high-quality publications. Accepted manuscripts are published online immediately, with metadata added to the upcoming issue for rapid dissemination.

Open Access and Ethical Standards

IRJPL is committed to ethical and transparent publishing, following ICMJE, COPE, and WAME guidelines. All research must comply with ethical standards, and plagiarism is strictly monitored using Turnitin with a similarity index not exceeding 18%.

Articles are permanently archived using LOCKSS and CLOCKSS, and authors are encouraged to self-archive under the CC BY-NC license to promote long-term accessibility.

Editorial and Peer Review Process

  1. Manuscripts are initially screened by the Managing Editor for suitability and completeness.

  2. The submission is assigned to Academic Editors or Guest Editors who coordinate peer review.

  3. Each manuscript is reviewed by at least two independent experts.

  4. Authors may be asked for minor or major revisions based on reviewer feedback.

  5. The final acceptance decision is made by the Editor-in-Chief or an authorized Editorial Board Member.

Accepted manuscripts undergo copyediting, English editing, and final production before online publication.
