The publisher manages international, peer-reviewed, open-access journals across multidisciplinary scientific fields.

IRJPL is committed to promoting global scientific communication by providing a transparent and ethically governed publishing platform. The publisher supports the dissemination of research through indexing in major scholarly databases such as Google Scholar, Crossref, EuroPub, and other academic platforms.

The journal system is fully online and operates through the Open Journal Systems (OJS), which allows authors to track manuscript progress transparently. Submitted manuscripts undergo an initial editorial screening followed by a double-blind peer review process conducted by independent experts.

The typical review period ranges from 2 to 6 weeks, depending on reviewer availability and manuscript quality. Once accepted, articles are promptly published online in Early View format, ensuring rapid dissemination of research findings.

IRJPL follows strict international publication ethics based on COPE, ICMJE, WAME, and DORA guidelines. All submissions are screened using Turnitin plagiarism detection software, and manuscripts with a similarity index above 18 percent are not considered for publication.
