Editorial Policy

Editorial decisions at IRJPL are made independently by the editorial team based solely on the scientific merit, originality, methodological rigor, ethical compliance, and relevance of the manuscript, as well as the outcomes of the double-blind peer review process. The publisher does not intervene in, influence, or override acceptance or rejection decisions under any circumstances, thereby ensuring full editorial autonomy and academic freedom.

All stages of the editorial process are conducted with strict confidentiality. Manuscripts under review, reviewer identities, review reports, and editorial discussions remain confidential and are accessible only to authorized editorial personnel directly involved in the evaluation process. This confidentiality is maintained throughout and after publication to protect the integrity of the double-blind peer review system and to safeguard the trust of authors and reviewers.
