Indexing and Abstracting Policy

IRABCS seeks inclusion in relevant scholarly databases and indexing services that align with the journal's subject areas and publishing standards.

Applications for indexing are submitted according to the requirements and evaluation criteria established by each indexing organization. The journal recognizes that indexing decisions are made independently by external organizations and cannot be guaranteed by the publisher.

Accurate Representation of Indexing Status

IRABCS provides accurate information regarding its current indexing and abstracting status.

The journal does not claim inclusion in any database, indexing service, ranking system, or evaluation platform unless official confirmation has been received from the respective organization.

Any changes in indexing status are updated transparently on the journal website.

Metadata Quality and Distribution

IRABCS maintains accurate article metadata to support discovery, citation, and indexing.

Metadata includes article titles, author names, institutional affiliations, abstracts, keywords, references, publication dates, digital identifiers, licensing information, and other relevant bibliographic details.

The journal ensures that metadata supplied to indexing services is complete, consistent, and updated when corrections or changes are required.

Responsibilities of the Publisher

The publisher is responsible for maintaining accurate journal information, ensuring technical compatibility with indexing requirements, and supporting long-term accessibility of published content.

The publisher does not influence indexing decisions and respects the independent evaluation processes of external databases.
