Journal Description:

The Innovative Research Journal of Clinical Sciences (IRJCS) is a biannual (published in June and December), open-access, and double-blind peer-reviewed journal dedicated to advancing knowledge in clinical and health sciences. IRJCS provides a platform for clinicians, researchers, healthcare professionals, and academics to publish original, high-impact studies that improve clinical practice and patient care.

We welcome contributions in the following areas:

Our mission is to promote interdisciplinary, evidence-based research that drives innovation in healthcare and improves clinical outcomes globally. IRJCS welcomes national and international submissions, with a special emphasis on fostering scientific contributions from Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Pakistan, and other underrepresented regions.

IRJCS is supported through generous collaborations with Innovative Designers and members of the healthcare research community, enabling us to operate without charging any article processing fees (APC).

Peer Review Policy:

IRJCS follows a double-blind peer-review system, ensuring impartial, rigorous evaluation of manuscripts by qualified experts in the field.

  • ICMJE (International Committee of Medical Journal Editors)

  • COPE (Committee on Publication Ethics)

  • WAME (World Association of Medical Editors)

  • DORA (Declaration on Research Assessment)

Plagiarism and AI Content Policy:

  • IRJCS screens all submissions for plagiarism using Turnitin.

  • The similarity index must not exceed 18%.

  • AI-generated content must be clearly disclosed and used ethically, in line with COPE guidance.

All articles are published under a Creative Commons CC BY-NC license:

  • BY – Credit must be given to the author(s).

  • NC – Only non-commercial use is permitted.

This license enables sharing, adaptation, and reuse of content for non-commercial purposes with proper attribution. Authors retain copyright of their work.

Open Access Policy:

IRJCS provides immediate open access to all published content, believing that free access to research empowers the clinical and scientific community and accelerates healthcare improvement.

Archiving and Indexing:

All articles are digitally preserved through the LOCKSS and CLOCKSS preservation networks and hosted on the OJS/PKP platform for secure, long-term access.
